Education Appointment
The most important piece of the puzzle is being educated in how Property Investment works, so we take the time to give you a free Education Appointment first. Finance Appointment
In coordination with our specialized Brokers we work out what you can easily afford before we even consider the property purchase. During this important step your personal financial situation will be taken into account and the best, most comfortable solution will be found for you.
Property Purchase
We make this step really easy as we have done all the leg work for you. We source the land in the best locations, have custom-designed houses that will rent well and we present you with all the information so that your choice is easy.
Land Settlement
We have carefully chosen our Conveyancer to do all of our land settlements to make sure it is a smooth process for you.
House Construction
We have taken the utmost care to custom-design properties that we know will rent well and would be something you would want to live in yourself. At this stage of the process we project manage your build and send you weekly emails with photos and progress reports.
House Inspection
We do multiple inspections of your investment property leading up to completion. Our builders do their inspections, we do our own and we also employ independent quality inspectors to ensure that no detail is missed. Then we show you through your completed property before your tenants move in.
Property Leased
As part of the service we provide in-house Property Management so that your investment property is tenanted and well looked after. We care for your property as if it was our own. Being in-house we know when your property will settle and we begin advertising ahead of time so that tenants can move in rapidly after settlement.
Post-settlement
At this stage of the process our carefully chosen Quantity Surveyors will provide all specialized financial details required for your Accountant so that you maximize the tax benefits with your investment property.
On-going Service
From time to time you may have questions that arise regarding your finished property, so we provide on-going service to assist you with this. We are here to help you.
